Created by Nick Santora, the series titled FUBAR, will mark Schwarzenegger's first leading role foray into the world of scripted television. FUBAR stars Schwarzenegger as a CIA agent who, upon his retirement, discovers that his grown up daughter, played by Top Gun: Maverick star Monica Barbaro, is also secretly working for the CIA.
When the pair team up on an undercover mission their secret lives collide, turning the assignment into a dysfunctional family affair.

"When a father and daughter learn that they've each secretly been working as CIA Operatives for years, they realize their entire relationship has been a lie and they truly don't know one another at all," reads the official synopsis.
"Forced to team up as partners, FUBAR tackles universal family dynamics set against a global backdrop of spies, fantastic action and humor."
As we see in the action-packed trailer, Schwarzenegger's character Luke is ready to leave the CIA when, after attending his retirement party, he is dragged back in to complete one final mission.
"We're going to lose an operative," Milan Carter's character tells Luke before telling him he needs to extract an agent whose codename is "Panda" from a life-threatening situation.

Upon discovering that his daughter is "Panda" the pair embark on a dangerous mission to uncover some weapons of mass destruction.
"I've learned a ton from working with my dad," Barbaro's character says in the trailer. "How he leads the team, how he keeps his cool, how to slit a man's throat vertically so he bleeds out faster."
Starring alongside Schwarzenegger and Barbaro in the series are Warped! actor Milan Carter, The Mindy Project's Fortune Feimster, and You star Travis Van Winkle. They are joined by Jay Baruchel, Andy Buckley, Aparna Brielle, Barbara Eve Harris, Fabiana Udenio and Gabriel Luna.
FUBAR will premiere on Netflix on May 25.
