Arsenal vs Crystal Palace LIVE: Kick-off time, score, goals, confirmed team news and TV stream

Welcome to the live coverage of Arsenal's Premier League match against Crystal Palace at the Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners know that a win will open up an eight-point lead at the top of the table going into the international break - because Manchester City were in FA Cup action yesterday evening - which would be yet another serious statement regarding their ambitions for the season.

However, Mikel Arteta's side must be wary of the new manager bounce effect. On Friday morning it was confirmed that Patrick Vieira had parted company with the Eagles and it will be current U21s Head Coach Paddy McCarthy taking charge in N5 as the visitors go in search of a first win in 2023.

In an attempt to complete a league double over Palace, the Arsenal manager is sweating on the fitness of William Saliba after the Frenchman limped off against Sporting CP three days ago, but Mohamed Elneny, Eddie Nketiah and Takehiro Tomiyasu are all expected to miss the London derby.

Kick-off is at 2pm: Kaya Kaynak and Tom Canton will be on hand to provide build-up to the game, confirmed team news as well as live updates on the action, analysis and reaction from the Emirates Stadium.

How Arsenal should line-up

Once again, football.london's Arsenal Writers have stepped into Mikel Arteta's shoes and decided to have a go at predicting the starting XI for the big game at the Emirates Stadium.

The big debates have been about whether William Saliba should be risked and who should lead the line between Gabriel Jesus and Leandro Trossard.

Find out how these arguments were solved here.
